Writing is where introverts get to do business on our own terms. No calls, no stage, just words that work while we're somewhere else. Now a machine can write the first draft in seconds, and it's fair to wonder what's left for us.
Today: new numbers on how solo founders use AI for writing, a free tool for the last read before you send, and a talk on doing creative work without carrying all the pressure yourself.
Quiet Win: the news
Most solopreneurs now use AI, and many still check its work.
Lettuce published (Nov. 3) its 2026 Solopreneur Perspective survey of 603 solopreneurs: 89% use AI or plan to start, and 61% use it for content creation and writing. Nearly 3 in 10 (29%) cite concerns about quality and accuracy.
The draft is getting cheap. The judgment isn't. Reading slowly and caring how a sentence lands is the part the reader actually trusts, and that's work introverts already do well.
AI for Introverts
Your product shot can move now.
On Nov. 4, OpenAI released Images 2.6 in ChatGPT, Codex and its API, available today across all ChatGPT subscription tiers. It generates images 50% faster than before and can turn an image, like a product shot or a simple sketch, into an animated GIF.
What it means for you: eye catching visuals for a sales page or post no longer require a camera, a designer, or showing your face.
The Quiet Solution
Grammarly
You wrote the email, or an AI helped you write it, and now it's sitting there unsent. You've read it so many times the words blur. Then you send it and spot the typo in the first line, and that small sting is enough to make you put off the next one.
Grammarly gives you a private second read before anyone else sees your words. It flags spelling and grammar mistakes as you type, in your browser or its own editor, with no editor to hire and no one to ask for a favor.
Free tier: $0 a month for spelling and grammar corrections, plus 100 AI prompts a month. Pro starts at $12 if you ever want tone and full sentence rewrites (checked on grammarly.com/plans today). Not an affiliate link.

Your elusive creative genius | Elizabeth Gilbert
Elizabeth Gilbert · TED · 19 min
Elizabeth Gilbert, author of Eat, Pray, Love, talks about the impossible things we expect from artists and geniuses. Her idea is that instead of a rare person being a genius, all of us have one.
If you've ever stalled because the work had to be brilliant and it all rested on you, this talk lifts some of that weight. You don't need to perform genius. You just need to keep showing up to the page.
The steady work you do alone counts, even on the days it doesn't feel brilliant.
Try this today (10 minutes)
Pick one email or post you've been sitting on, whether you wrote it or an AI drafted it. Read it out loud once, slowly, and cut every sentence you wouldn't say to a reader's face. Then run it through a spell checker, fix what it flags, and send it or schedule it today.
