The Sovereign Introvert ("we," "us") publishes a free email newsletter and website at thesovereignintrovert.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information you give us: your email address and, optionally, your first name. If you answer the optional question on our signup or Facebook/Instagram lead form ("Where are you right now?"), we collect that answer.
Source information: how you found us (for example, a Facebook lead ad and which ad version), stored as subscriber fields.
Email engagement data: our email platform, beehiiv, records opens, clicks and unsubscribes to measure what's useful. Some email apps, such as Apple Mail, can make open data inaccurate.

We use these services to operate, and each processes data on our behalf under its own terms:
beehiiv: newsletter hosting, website and email delivery.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads: if you sign up through an ad form.
Make.com: transfers lead-form submissions to beehiiv.
The newsletter may include sponsored content, beehiiv network ads, newsletter recommendations or affiliate links. These are disclosed where they appear. If you click one, the advertiser may collect data under its own policy.
Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of every email.
Access, correct or delete your data: reply to any email we send you and we'll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights. Contact us to exercise them.
We keep your subscriber information while you're subscribed. We periodically remove subscribers who haven't engaged in roughly 90 days, and we delete data on request.
This newsletter isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
